By the time George Zimmerman was able to get to his weapon, Trayvon Martin had already delivered enough punches to have broken Zimmerman’z nose. Martin had smashed the head of the older Hispanic onto the ground repeatedly, and a witness was yelling for Martin to stop the beating according to Sanford, Florida police records. The 9-1-1 tapes verify the witness account. But the facts simply do not matter when a good crisis means money and power are available for the taking.

In the hysteria that has followed the shooting in Florida, black leaders have been quick to call this a murder. From New York to L.A. and now even in Denver, those who have learned to trade on race have  accused the Sanford police of letting a white guy ( although Zimmerman is Hispanic) get away with killing an “innocent” black child. Denver news media have seized the opportunity to profit from the crowd coverage by leading the early morning news with the story of crowds that “will be” gathering later today. By covering a story that will happen, local television stations  draw bigger crowds and therefore have a bigger story for a bigger audience. Pandering to whichever side of a story they think will benefit them the most – regardless of truth – has become all too common in the competitive mainstream news business today.

Obama, whose supporters chanted, “never let a good crisis go to waste,” has taken the opportunity to seek support from his black base. Last week he ingratiated himself to the mobs calling for Zimmerman to be “hanged” when he made the statement that if he had a son, he would have “looked” like Trayvon Martin. Now that the lynch mobs are gaining press coverage Obama is calling for a federal investigation into civil rights violations against Martin by both Zimmerman and the local police department.

But the answer as to why the local police did not charge Zimmerman has now been answered. The police had all they needed all along to substantiate Zimmerman’s claim of self-defense. They had an eyewitness, they had the 9-1-1 tapes, they were there in person and saw evidence of the beating Zimmerman  suffered.

Today, the Supreme Court will begin hearings on the “constitutionality” of the federal government having the authority to tell citizens what they must buy; whether they want to or not. Two of those justices have already made it clear they have no respect for the US Constitution. One has even been proven to have lied under oath during her confirmation hearings. Obamacare is only a tiny trial balloon for the dictatorship by federal authorities this case will allow to follow.

But if the democrats can just hold the mob’s attention long enough, the Quran teaching doctrine of being a friend of your enemy until you have the chance to stab him in the back will play out. While the crowd is watching a lynching circus, the Supreme Court will allow Obamacare operatives to stab them in the back.
