A 15 year old male armed with was arrested by Greeley police on several counts of distribution of drugs.
The Weld county Drug Task Force, assisted by the North Colorado Drug Task Force had been buying guns, cocaine and a bullet proof vest from the individual for the past eight months.
On April 13 the WCDTF, Greeley Police Department and Weld County Sheriff’s K-9 unit assisted with a buy/bust of the 15 year old. During the arrest the Greeley Police SWAT and patrol also executed a search warrant in the 2400 block of 24th St in Greeley. Gang and drug paraphernalia were seized along with a 9mm pistol.
The 15 year old was charged with three counts of distribution, two special offender charges, three counts of conspiracy to distribute, possession of a handgun by a juvenile offender and possession of a dangerous weapon.
The special offender charges were for bringing a weapon to the deal and for dealing drugs next to a school.
