GREELEY – On September 4, 2012, Greeley Police Officers arrested Nathaniel Moguson 3 counts of Invasion of Privacy for Sexual Gratification, a class one misdemeanor.
Mogus was arrested after being reported as a suspicious person in the area of the 1600 block of 10th Ave inGreeley, near theUniversity ofNorthern Colorado campus. A witness reported seeing a male party with a cell phone or camera peeping into the ground floor bedroom of a female resident. Investigation by Greeley Police resulted in the identification of 3 separate victims on 3 separate dates. Due to the nature of the crime, the identities of the victims will not be released.
