If 5 people in the theater in Denver had concealed carry permits and were armed do you think the outcome would have been different, I believe so. The cities with the highest violent crime rate have the toughest gun control laws the bad guys know the good guys are unarmed. Anyone that thinks laws are a deterrent to crime needs to read more.
