I had trouble locating the original for this. Finally found what looks like it at https://www.fbo.gov/index?s=opportunity&mode=form&id=9fc3a01217d03b0354e1e18b69aa7bad&tab=core&tabmode=list&=

    Part of which reads:
    ” Synopsis:
    Added: May 07, 2014 2:03 pm

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Office of Inspector General, located in Washington, DC, pursuant to the authority of FAR Part 13, has a requirement for the commerical acquisition of submachine guns, .40 Cal. S&W, ambidextrous safety, semi-automatic or 2 shot burts trigger group, Tritium night sights for front and rear, rails for attachment of flashlight (front under fore grip) and scope (top rear), stock-collapsilbe or folding, magazine – 30 rd. capacity, sling, light weight, and oversized trigger guard for gloved operation. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS. All responsible and/or interested sources may submit their company name, point of contact, and telephone. If received timely, shall be considered by the agency for contact to determine weapon suitability.”

I wish someone influential would contact Linda F. Josey or Desiree Clayton about this to get some clarification, like “what for?” And almost as important, if this is a legitimate government site, why does it contain the ill-educated spellings it does: ‘commerical,’ ‘burts’, ‘collapsilbe’. Really? Government employees get paid so much more than people who work at real jobs, and this is how they spell on government websites? Reduce their salaries; use that money to buy a spell-checker program.

The Department of Agriculture must be planning on shooting something. And why does “no solicitation document exist”!?

I called Rep. Cory Gardner’s office about this, they returned my call and told me UDSA now needs guns for fraud and a few other things that didn’t make sense. I asked why now and not in the past. No answer. I also asked if it was because of coming food shortages and she was silent.
Now I hear the Postal workers will be getting guns. Is that because they can’t deliver mail in a timely manner now?
Which arm of the govt. will be the next to get guns for some silly reason when they never needed them before?
Why are those who we vote to represent us not doing the job? What are they all so afraid of? It seems the only war on terror is the war from the govt. on the American working people to continue taking more from us to give to those that hate us and our govt. has apparently waged a war on all working people that pay their wages. Maybe it is time for all of us to sit down and not pay another dime to the federal govt. who has clearly shown the American people we are their enemy for speaking out when we see overpowering acts against us.

I know you won’t post this as you didn’t allow my other truthful comment to go through. And here I thought this paper was a bit different than the ones that only tell lies. It seems I was wrong.
Carry on and I’ll tell the truth somewhere else that cherishes it.
Oh, it seems this must be another scam on the American people as we are all breathing in radioactive material from Fukushima, Hanford etc. Shhh. Carry on and see ya on the other side.
