School District 6 invites members of the Greeley and Evans community to contribute to the development of the district’s annual budget by serving on the Budget Advisory Committee. The BAC, a new advisory committee, will take a long-term view of the district’s finances and provide advice to district leaders on budget matters.
The committee is expected to meet at least quarterly over the next three to four years, beginning in September. Committee members will be appointed by the Board of Education and will be asked to serve for at least one year.
Applications are available on the District 6 website, www.greeleyschools.org, and also from the Office of the Superintendent, 1025 Ninth Avenue, in Greeley.
Completed applications should be delivered to the Office of the Superintendent by July 31.
