The 9th annual Stone Soup dinner to benefit Weld Food Bank will be held Saturday, April 30  6:00pm – 9:00pm at University of Northern Colorado Ballrooms 10th Avenue and 20th Street in
Greeley, CO.

We all remember the childhood fairytale about the three men who created soup from stones; once everyone contributes, they seem to have a feast! Many in Weld County go to bed hungry. Adults and children of all ages and backgrounds struggle with lack of food. When a community works together, the fight against hunger can be won. Weld Food Bank is hoping to raise $50,000 at this year’s event and everyone is invited to attend.

The fundraising event is designed to focus attention on the problem of hunger in Weld County while providing guests with an enjoyable evening of dinner, fun and fellowship. There will be a silent auction along with the food and fun.
