Joe M. Steen

Joe M. Steen, 75, of Overbrook, KS, formerly of Windsor died on September 18, 2010 in Overbrook.  He was born June 2, 1935 in Childress, Texas to Manual and Nettie (Wilson) Steen.  He moved to Windsor in 1945 where he helped Ted Lind on his farm and at Morey’s Salvage.  Joe loved tractors and semis.  [...]
